We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and fair. Please review our policy below to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds work at Enayara.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • A small handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns & Refunds (After Delivery)

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • Unaltered, with blouse piece intact (if applicable)
    • Returned in original packaging
  • If the return is not due to a defective or incorrect product,
    • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
    • A restocking fee of 10% of the product value will be deducted.
    • Any discount applied to the order will also be deducted while processing the refund.

Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed within 7 days after the COD amount is remitted to us.
  • Alternatively, you may choose store credit to use for your next purchase.

Account Access & Store Credit

  • You can log in to your Enayara account at account.enayara.com using the 6-digit code sent to your email
  • From your account, you can:
    • Request a return
    • Track orders
    • View and use store credit

Damaged or Wrong Product?

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We’ll resolve it with a refund or replacement.
