Shipping policy
At Enayara, we pack and ship every order with care. Here is what to expect.
Working days and order processing
Ready-stock sarees are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation on working days. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and public holidays, so orders placed then are dispatched on the next working day.
Some sarees are sold as pre-orders. The expected dispatch date for these is shown on the product page.
Every saree is hand-checked twice and carefully packed before it leaves us.
Delivery
Delivery is free across India.
Paying for your order
- Pay online by UPI, card or net banking, and get ₹200 off at checkout.
- Cash on delivery (ready-stock sarees only): pay when the saree arrives.
- Or pay a small advance online and the rest on delivery. The advance depends on your order value: up to ₹5,000, ₹250; ₹5,000 to ₹10,000, ₹300; above ₹10,000, ₹750. If a parcel with an advance is refused, or returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, the advance isn’t refunded. See our refund policy.
- Pre-orders are prepaid only.
